Volume or Loose Filling
  
Volume filling or loose filling of cartons can be the most cost effective packing system for packing fruit. Commonly used for Tomatoes, Kiwifruit, Mandarins, Lemons, Oranges and Onions. Volume filling solutions for all Compac sizer designs are catered for from simple chute systems to fully automated filling and carton handling systems.
Pack Tables
  
The simplest of all packing systems, Pack Tables can be the most economical solution and will handle many fruit types. Compac Pack Tables feature fully padded vinyl surfaces, adjustable angle, moveable dividers, optional fold down doors for volume filling and stainless steel front finish for good looks and hard wearing.
Rotary Tables
  
Rotary tables offer efficiencies for hand placement packing by constantly offering a range of fruit to the packer to ensure they can create great looking tray presentation. Combine Rotary Tables with Compac's latest V10 dynamic distribution software systems and your packers will lift production levels. All Compac Rotary Tables are single layer for the best fruit handling and are finished with stainless steel at the wear points.
Pack Belt Tables
  
Compac Packing Belt Tables are a professional and ergonomic solution to quantity hand placement packing of delicate fruit such as stonefruit. Packing Belt Tables allow multiple packers to access one size/grade. Packers enjoy the convenience of design to maximize their output. Tray stands, reject belts and tray removal systems are included. Manufactured in pairs, Compac Pack Belt Tables are available in a number of lengths with different options to suit your packaging. For the ultimate in flexibility, the fruit accumulation belts can be height adjustable to turn them into Apple style trayfillers or add volume filling carton systems on the end.
Trayfilling Conveyors
 
Trayfilling conveyors are commonly used for Apples, Pears, Avocados and Kiwifruit. A variety of sizes and lengths are available to suit the requirements of packaging, capacity and fruit type. All Compac trayfilling solutions have height adjustment to cater for a large variety of packaging types. It is recommended that you discuss your requirements with us to ensure the best solution to your individual requirements.
Rapid Pack Trayfilling Systems
 
Rapid pack trayfilling systems are ideal high speed and for gentle filling of Apples into trays. Rapid pack systems are used for high volume packing of pre-sized fruit fed by a pre-grader or a separate bin tip. Compac rapid packs are a high quality build with features such as smooth electronic controlled operation, built in sort table, extended tray feed belts and a unique in-line labelling system. Bagging Systems
  
Compac SLS air bagging heads are an efficient solution for regular or full time bagging requirements of delicate fruit such as apples or stonefruit. Requiring much less investment than dedicated automatic bagging systems, fruit do not need to be presized and require much less labor than other manual systems. Installation requires no pneumatic connection. With the added convenience of transforming into packing tables, these systems offer a flexible solution to any Compac SLS or DLS installation.
  
Compac SLS chute bagging heads are an economical and efficient solution for regular or occasional bagging requirements of most fruit types. Installation requires no electrical or pneumatic connection. With the added convenience of transforming into standard volume filling chutes, these systems offer a flexible solution by working well with other packing sytems on a Compac SLS or DLS installation.
Bin Fillers
  
FHS Rotofiller binfillers are available from Compac. Rotofillers fill bins evenly and gently. Commonly used for Apples around the world due to their gentle handling, Rotofillers are suitable for most fruit types. Choose from single or dual bin, manual or automatic models. Flap fillers are also available as a more economical option.
